Beginning her career with Titan in 2006 as a senior staff accountant, Ms. Melendres has spent the past seven years increasing her daily responsibilities and today oversees all servicing duties relating to Titan’s mortgage and lien portfolios. In addition to leading the servicing team she has oversight of all financial reporting, compliance and tax regulation.
Ms. Melendres is a graduate of the City University of New York’s Baruch College holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is currently working towards becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
